Escúchate, conócete a ti mismo.
Vuelve a
Hi everyone! I hope you like my
new Martial Arts Motivational video.
As you may
already know, it´s very important for me to keep on moving forward, no matter
what.
What is
better than working every day in that thing you really love? Is there anything
more satisfying than fighting tirelessly to make our dreams become a reality?
Listen to
yourself, study yourself, know yourself! The more you know yourself, the more
aware you are of the tremendous potential you have.
I know that
even if you know yourself extremely well, sometimes it is impossible not to
feel as if someone´s just dropped an atomic bomb right next to your heart. You
cannot control those bitter feelings as much as you cannot prevent the bomb from
exploding. All you can do is minimize the harm, preventing it from sweeping
everything away. So, now is time for you to build the tower again, higher,
bigger and stronger than ever. This is the best way to reach the stars.
I would like to end this post with a quote from Mr Walt Disney "All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them".
Finding new and original concepts
and ideas in order to offer society new opportunities and perspectives has
always been one of my most important goals when creating and producing any kind
visual material.
As you
know, I love Japan and I found it´s culture very interesting. It´s been a
couple of years since I started studying Japanese. Recently, thanks to my
team´s aid and cooperation, I was able to create a video I always wanted to do:
A Fitness and Martial Arts video in Japanese.
The video "アルベルトの武道"
includes a series of guidelines and exercises that combine both Fitness and Martial
Arts, thus creating a new style of video exercise that offers practitioners a
large number of benefits that cannot be found in a regular training video.
Mastering the body language and nonverbal skills is
even more important than the pure verbal abilities and language proficiency
when doing this kind of video work.
アルベルトの武道 is just a sample of what could be produced with more budget, research and support.
Increasing all the benefits related to the coordinative aspects of Martial Arts
makes this a very valuable video for those who wish to improve thoroughly their
health.
These facets make this a quite innovative and
unique video program that enhances and changes for the better the quality of
life of those who decide to implement it on their daily routine. Thus, the most
important features of this video could be listed as:
Development
of mental and coordinative aspects, understanding the term
"coordinative" as the ability to regulate and harmoniously
synchronize a certain muscle´s movement. Appropriately doing the video´s exercises
and following its guidelines will improve general dynamic coordination,
eye-segmental coordination, motor learning capacity, motor control and
rehabilitation abilities. (It would be stressed again that it is very
complicated to find a video that focuses on these coordinative aspects).
Successful
combination of Martial Arts with Fitness exercises. Getting the benefits of
both of them.
Positively
explaining why to include Martial Arts and Fitness into one´s weekly exercise
routine.
Despiteeverything said in the video is strongly supported by a scientific basis, an
informative style is maintained in order to reach as many people
-audience/viewers- as possible. Transmitting all the information and advice in
a simple and direct way is very important to get to every segment of the
population.
Taking into
account all the motivational aspects and presenting the information and
exercises in an enthusiastic manner that generates optimism in the viewer and
encourages him to carry on all the exercises developed in the video.
The video
has been edited and produced following a very dynamic and energetic style,
always having the aim on capturing the viewer´s attention, thus instilling him
to review and practice all the exercises prescribed in order to improve its health..
The motivational video through exercise its a very
special one to me. In there I expressed many of my ideas, thoughts and beliefs
about life and about what a proper Martial Arts self-improvement philosophy should
be like.
I am really
fond of these kind of videos and since I didn´t find any one on Spanish that I
really liked, I decided to do one myself. It was great working with the team
and doing it.
To achieve
that "Professional look" both visually and in an interpretative level
many hours of testing and planning are required. It is not like making a casual
training video with cell or an amateur camera.
Everypose,
expression, phrase, movement, exercise, technique, etc. was planned down to de
the last detail in order to immerse the viewer in the video as much as
possible. This was of vital importance in order the viewer to experience the
"Positive and motivational emotions" we want him to feel.
Thisvideo pretends to influence of the
viewer´s mental and neurolinguistic patterns in order to positively influence
his behavior. Our thoughts are shaped with our language and
words. Every single thought produces an emotion that marks the way in which we
drive our conduct and physical reactions. Motivating with both images and words
all those who are not quite prepared to start exercising or maintain a negative
disposition on several aspects of their lives, is another one of the objectives
of this video.
Combininga healthy Fitness training, coordinative
Martial Arts exercises and a series of positive life-encouraging messages
result in an excellent motivational video that encourages people to face their
daily challenges in a more positive and optimistic way and to improve their
health.
Just as I have
said sometimes, not all the videos in my channel were shot and uploaded in
order to show my quality and skills as a visual professional, some of them were
done in a casual way and shared on the net so everyone could enjoy some
different content.
Check these videos and you will notice the quality difference between them.
You can see
the gradual progression in terms of quality image, presentation and editing
the motivational and martial arts/fitness in japanese video really show the improvement in several fields.
This presents a perfect example of this evolution. It is more than clear that
the level of professionalism and quality observed in some of the last videos don´t have anything to envy to many professional TV productions.
I have
always liked sharing curious videos as well those that show new or aspects of
the martial arts.
First of all
I have to say that not all the videos in my channel -especially those from the
beginning- were uploaded aiming to show my quality and professional visual
skills, some of them were shot in a casual way and shared in order people could
enjoy some different and/or original content. The progression in the videos´
quality can be noticed as time goes by.
First
video:
I uploaded my first video to youtube when I was 18.
I showed some of my skills using Filipino weapons -nunchakus
and kali sticks-. In view of the popularity the video had in my environment, I
decided to start uploading more and more videos about Martial Arts and other
topics.
The visual quality on most of them was not great,
but I had fun sharing and showing my progresses and knowledge.
Unfortunately, you can´t find my first video on youtube no more. I removed it a while ago.
