Responsabilities in this role included   

As a Youtube Producer and Director: 

• Researching original concepts and ideas in order to offer to the audience both interesting and innovative Martial Arts content. Always considering viewers and subscribers´ preferences. Adapting the style depending on each video´s content and target audience. Writing scripts and meticulously planning each video´s look, visual style and content.
• Sourcing potential contributors and collaborators to work on the development of the visual material.
• Selecting the appropriate music and compositors, finding free Copyright Music and managing Copyright issues.
• Managing the logistics of getting people, resources and equipment together to the right place at the right time. Planning the shooting according to resources and collaborators´ availability.
• Undertaking visual editing work with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, Adobe After Effects CS6 and Sony Vegas Pro 12.0. Sound effects and editing work with Adobe Audition CS6. Color Correcting the image and video.
• Responding to the audience´s feedback, analyzing the demographic statics on each video.
• Presenting idea video´s style to the team. Explaining everyone how the final product should look like.

As a video Presenter and Star:

• Mastering a proper body language and non verbal acting capacities to transmit both information and feeling through the screen. Proving body control, Improvisational skills, showmanship and Martial Arts expertise.
• Presenting information in front of the camera in a dynamic, attractive way.
• Dubbing and voice-over skills and abilities.

Achievements in this role included 

As a Producer, Director and Marketing Manager:

• Produced new, original and positive visual material, launching the first Training-motivation video in Spanish, and developing the first Japanese Fitness/Martial Arts tutorial. Developed several multi-lingual videos.
• Proved and showed knowledge on several fields, more specifically on sports, martial arts and body language.
• Gained experience on how to create an attractive product by analyzing the audience´s reactions and comments.
• Proved capacity to portray Martial arts and sports in an attractive fashionable way, adapting Martial Arts body language to the camera.
• Learned about the post produtcion process by analyzing and working with every single shot after the production of the film.

As a video Presenter and Star:

• Proved body language control and an excellent commando of both verbal and non verbal acting capacities
• Proved having the necessary acting, -improvisational and interpersonal skills to present a professional show.
• Gained experience on showmanship and entertaining elements.
