Responsabilities in this role included  

• Supervising, evaluating and managing the overall performance of the group, ensuring every show fits the necessities of the clients, establishing group goals and objectives and managing members casting and selection.
• Analyzing and developing strategies on how to find new clients, including Internet marketing strategies. Responsible for finding organizations and businesses interested on the services offered by the group
• Organizing rehearsals and meetings timetable. Developing promotional visual material.

Achievements in this role included

• Drove the concept, creation and development of the Martial Arts group.
• Organizing and scheduling more than 10 exhibitions in Valencia and 3 outside Valencia.
• Took an active leadership role as a manager and coach, developing several original initiatives to scope potential clients and improve the group´s motivation. Developed several visual material such as the group´s logo and poster.
